As a person who worked diligently to overcome many of his own challenges with autism, Jake volunteers with younger kids on the autism spectrum to teach them sports, learning strategies and social tips that have helped him to achieve his goals. Jake is now a freshman attending Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Indiana, where he is studying Software Engineering so that he can one day develop programs to help kids with autism learn.
